Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Modified Bookings: All booking modifications are subject to room availability and will be governed by the hotel's revised booking policies at the time of change. Modifications must be requested at least 7 days prior to the original check-in date.
  • Cancellation/Modification Charges: Standard cancellation and modification charges apply. Any waiver or exception is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
  • Free Cancellation Window: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date and time will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Extra Bed Policy: The provision of an extra bed includes a mattress setup, which is available upon request, subject to availability, and chargeable.
  • Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment, which may be made via NEFT, bank deposit, credit card, or cash.
  • No-Show / Early Departure: In the event of an early departure or no-show, guests will be liable to pay room night charges for the entire booking period.
  • Room Holding Policy: Rooms will be held on a confirmed basis only upon guarantee by advance payment.
